COOKIE SANDWICH the new treat in the freezer

Here at Rivareno we have added a new treat in our cake display freezers. Say hello to the Rivareno Cookie Sandwich a refined interpretation of a beloved classic.

Two delicately baked chocolate cookies are paired with our freshly made Italian gelato which we craft daily in small batches.

The contrast is intentional: buttery crumb against cool, velvety gelato.

To celebrate this launch we have 4 gelato flavours available:

• Pistachio–all natural pistachios have been used to create this intense nutty favourite with a luxuriously smooth finish
• Stracciatella – fior di panna with delicate shards of dark chocolate, this is your high end choc chip option
• Salted Caramel – salted caramel with pink Himalayan salt and caramelized hazelnut pieces, you will never look at caramel the same.
• Cremino Rivareno– White chocolate and hazelnut ganache with swirls of gianduia- there is a reason this is a cult favourite.
