Range from Sicilian citrus fruits to local, fresh, seasonal fruits

Our fruit flavoured gelato is made with real fruit and not with syrups, processed fruit or artificial flavours. The fruit we use, purchased locally, is always chosen paying attention to seasonality. Our citrus fruits, on the other hand, are imported from Sicily (lemons, mandarins and blood oranges) and from Calabria (Bergamots) for their excellent quality. Our fruit flavours have a very high fruit content (most are up to 65%) and are also vegan.
